5. Since we focus on a small area we are very up to date on what is happening within many communities as far as vacancies and rental rates. So we can quickly assist you with pricing your property and getting it rented as soon as possible.

6. We have an on-staff maintenance person that performs minor upkeep and repairs to help keep your costs down.
