We specialize in annual residential Myrtle Beach Rentals. Our main area of focus is the south end of Myrtle Beach, SC.

The Grand Strand stretches over 60 miles of beach from south of Pawleys Island up to the North Carolina line. Which is an extremely large area for a property management company to cover. Covering an area this large your property may not get the attention it needs to get rented quickly.

With our focus on the south end of Myrtle Beach we are able to give your property the attention it needs. We are also able to focus our marketing efforts to get your property the most exposure, to quickly get it rented.

Currently we offer 2 different Property Management Plans:

1. Tenant Location - With our tenant location plan, we will help you correctly price your property, Market your property, show it to potential renters and sign a lease with your new tenants. However after the lease is signed we then turn the property over to you for long term care and management.

2. Long term Management - With our Long term management plan, we market and locate a tenant for your property as well as maintain it and take care of the property on a long term basis. This great for property owners who live out of town or want their property to be a hands off investment.
